Executive Council
- Responsible for leading strategic decisions for the ISPS Network, establishing global priorities and overseeing the implementation of key initiatives to fulfill the organization’s mission.”

Administrative Committee
- Manages the implementation of specific policies and oversees internal administration.
- The Administrative Committee is made up of:
- President.
- Secretary General.
- Treasurer.
- Communications Director
Committee of Experts.
- Provides expert advice in key areas such as technological innovation, sustainability and maritime legislation.
- Director of Innovation and Technology.
- International Legal Advisor.
